Conditions of purchase

  1. Object and parts:

These general conditions regulate electronic purchases made through the website an-be.com . These may be modified, so it will be the user's responsibility to read them each time they make a purchase, since the conditions in force at the time of entering into the contract will be those applicable to them.

The parties involved will be; on the one hand, An&Be, a clothing brand registered under the name of An Be Shop SL, with registered office at C/Hermosilla, 20. 28001, Madrid, Spain and with CIF: B88168950, registered in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, (hereinafter, the seller); and on the other hand, the web user, with sufficient capacity to contract, who purchases products through this website using the procedures described below (hereinafter, the user).

  1. Purchasing process:

The purchasing process consists of the following procedures:

Product selection: Browse the website and click the “ADD TO CART” button each time you want to add a product to your cart. The selected item will be added to the Cart.

Start of the purchasing process: To start the purchase process, click on the “SHOPPING CART” button, located in the upper right corner of the screen. There you will be able to see the description of all the selected products and, if you agree with the order, click on the “FINISH” button. If you wish to remove any of the previously selected items, you can do so by clicking on the “X” located to the right of each item.

Data entry. Enter the required data for billing and shipping, such as name, delivery address and email, as well as notes in a box marked “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION”

Selecting the payment method: Select your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, bizum, paypal or bank transfer) and click the “CONTINUE” button.

Order Review: You will see the list of selected products again, with the price specified. If you agree with the order, press the “PLACE ORDER” button.

At this point, the system will redirect you to the chosen payment system where you must provide all the necessary data for that payment method. This will be the only time that you will be asked for this information.

Once you provide all the necessary data and press the confirmation button, the contract will be finalized for all purposes.

  • Purchase confirmation: Once we receive your acceptance, we will send you a confirmation email containing the following information:
  • Order number.
  • Order date.
  • Summary of the products included in the purchase.
  1. Prices and shipping costs:

All prices indicated on the website include VAT and will be expressed in the Euro currency.

The prices applicable to each product will be those determined on the website and indicated in the last phase of the contracting process.

Shipping costs will be free for mainland Spain with a minimum order amount of €68. If the order amount is less than €68, the shipping cost will be €3.90.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the cost for shipping costs will be €8.00.

For shipments to Andorra, France, Italy or Germany the cost for shipping costs will be €12.00.

The rest of the countries are included as “International Shipping” and the cost for shipping costs will be €19.90.

  1. Pay:

Payments may be made through the following means:

  • Bank card
  • Paypal
  • Google Pay
  • Bizum

In some cases, payment method issuers may have adopted anti-fraud measures that are not controlled by the provider, and which involve the rejection of certain transactions. The provider is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by such measures.

  1. Bill:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive proof of purchase by email.

  1. Order delivery:

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user.

The seller assumes no liability when delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.

If the user is not present at the first instance, the delivery will be attempted again the following day. There are two delivery attempts included in the shipment, otherwise the transport company will leave a notice so that the user can collect the order at their nearest office.

Shipments to be delivered to the peninsula will generally be made within 3 to 5 working days. However, since compliance with these deadlines does not depend on the seller, the seller cannot guarantee a period of less than 15 days.

Shipments to be delivered in Portugal and the Balearic Islands will generally be made within 5 to 7 working days. However, since compliance with these deadlines does not depend on the seller, the seller cannot guarantee a period of less than 15 days.

Shipments to be delivered to Andorra, France, Italy or Germany will generally be made within 7-12 working days, depending on the country of destination. However, since compliance with these deadlines does not depend on the seller, the seller cannot guarantee a period of less than 25 days.

Shipments to international areas ( all other countries not mentioned above in this section on Order Delivery ) will generally be made within 15-20 business days, depending on the destination country. However, since compliance with these deadlines does not depend on the seller, the seller cannot guarantee a period of less than 35 days.

Only in the case of urgent shipments, you must contact us by email contact@an-be.com and information will be provided on the cost of urgent shipments.

  1. Right of withdrawal:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased, do not worry, you can proceed to exchange or return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. Respecting the conditions set out in our policy changes and returns

  1. Warranties:

All products offered through the website are completely original. They all have a two-year warranty period in accordance with the criteria and conditions established in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

The seller guarantees that all products are in perfect condition at the time of delivery: without stains, without tears and without any other type of damage.

In the event that the product sent has some type of defect or is not the one requested by the customer, the latter may return it, with the return costs being assumed by the seller, which will be reimbursed to the customer through the same means that the initial payment was made.

In this case, within a period of 14 calendar days and in accordance with the procedure established in the previous section, the client may choose to:

-Replacement of the product with another identical one, with the shipping costs of the new product being assumed by the provider.

-Refund of the product price.

It may also happen that a certain product is out of stock at the time of shipment of the order. In this case, the customer will be notified and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Any complaints submitted will be resolved as quickly as possible and, in any case, within one month.

  1. Force majeure or fortuitous event:

The seller shall not be liable for failure to comply with the obligations entrusted to it, in accordance with the provisions of this contract, when the failure is due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. Any deadline obligations that may exist shall be suspended, and the calculation shall resume once the aforementioned cause disappears.

  1. Language in which the contract may be formalized:

The contracting procedure may only be carried out in the Spanish language.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction:

These conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly stated. The seller and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these conditions to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.

  1. Contract Integrity:

These conditions, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire contract, replacing other agreements or pacts that the parties may have carried out prior to the conclusion of the contract.
